I am 38 years I did a liver function test cause 5 years ago i was diagnosed of fatty liver. have been trying to manage my diet. Lately have been have pain at my right upper region. this promte me to do a liver analysis. Please what does this result indicate HBsAg: Negative Normal range AST(GOT). 3.84u/I up to 12u/I ALT(GPT). 4.91u/I. up to 12u/I ALP. 112u/I 98-279u/l Total bilirubin 0.44mg/dl. up to 1mg/dl direct bilirubin 0.23mg/dl up to 0.25 Thank you Ekama

I would recommend you to do an abdominal ultrasound examination to evaluate the Liver and gallbladder too, since sometimes they may cause such symptoms even though the tests come out fine.
